Get A Feel For The Area
At 5th Stream Real Estate, we’re happy to set up a Tours of Homes in specific Subdivisions or Areas of Town. We provide comprehensive tours of the local subdivision, historic landmarks, local businesses, parks and fabulous finds from our real estate clients. It’s a great way to get a feel for our area.
We break the tours into different categories to meet our clients’ needs: Subdivision Home Tours, Country Homes Acreage or Land tours.
Typically lasting a few hours, Home Tours lets you take a look at 5 to 8 homes for sale. Tours are provided free of charge, but appointments are required, so contact us today and let’s start looking.
While we offer these tours to all, it is especially advantages to ones who are coming in from out of town and only have a few days to get to know the area.
